Got an email with all the details, like the address and where to collect keys, which was very helpful. The apartment is conveniently located, just 600 meters from the Tower of London and close to St Paul's Cathedral. Housekeeping was also provided, though on a limited basis.

Toilet paper for god's sake isn't a luxury. No soap, shampoo or body wash provided.

We loved the apartment and its MARVELOUS location. Ideal base for a short stay in London. London bridge is situated right by the flat.

Keys were emailed before arrival, saved me from talking to anyone. Close to Tower of London, so I could wave hello to the tourist hordes. Housekeeping was so "limited" that I felt like I was in a secret hideaway.

Can't complain, I had the time of my life.

Nice new and comfortable apartment - really looking like on photos. The size of the apartment was amazing. Two bathrooms and a laundry with washer/dryer, drying rack, and additional toilet - fantastic. Location brilliant. Beds soft but comfy. Very quiet. Two TVs - great.
